Electronic Cigarette ? Is The eCig The Cigarette of The Future?
The electronic cigarette is a really great device that current smokers can use to reduce the risk of contracting cancer, emphysema and other diseases caused by smoking tobacco. However, is the electronic cigarette a device that will ultimately replace traditional cigarettes in the future?
Current trends show that many smokers are beginning to try out electronic cigarettes. Many people find the same satisfaction in an electronic cigarette than they found in a regular tobacco filled cigarette. When ecigs originally came out, they tasted horrible and were hard to manage. However technology has advanced enough to the point where ecigs taste exactly the same as a traditional cigarette, emit a vapor that simulates cigarette smoke and it gives you the nicotine fix that a traditional cigarette gave you.
However, the benefits of the electronic cigarette are many. First thing you will notice is that it is flameless. Therefore you don’t run the risk of burning yourself or the house if you drop it. Also, since there is no ash involve, you can’t burn holes in your shirt like the ashes does. The eCig is flameless, therefore you don’t have to worry about ash or fire. However, at the tip of the electronic cigarette there is a small LED light that when you inhale, it lights up to simulate the tip of a real cigarette.
Another benefit of the electronic cigarette is that you get the exact same taste as a traditional cigarette. The replacement cartridges come in various flavors from regular tobacco taste to chocolate, strawberry and more flavors. So if you enjoy smoking flavored cigarettes or regular cigarettes, the electronic cigarette can accommodate your tastes. Since the cartridges are interchangeable, you can try out different flavors from the same eCig.
Another advantage of the electronic cigarette is that it can simulate smoke. The smoke you exhale from a traditional cigarette is toxic. The smoke from the electronic cigarette is not toxic. It is a vapor that looks just like smoke, but it dissipates almost immediately and it doesn’t have a smell. Because it doesn’t have a smell, your clothing wont smell like cigarettes, your nails wont smell like cigarettes, your teeth wont turn yellow, your breath wont stink.
As you can see, the electronic cigarette is a really cool tobacco cigarette replacement. Companies are offering electronic cigarettes free to try. They just want you to pay for shipping and you can typically try the electronic cigarette for 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, you will have more than enough time to see if you enjoy the electronic cigarette o if you hate it.
If you would like to try an electronic cigarette for yourself, visit http://freelysmoking.com right now. There you will learn a bit more of the electronic cigarette and you will also be given a website link where you can place an order to try an electronic cigarette for free. Don’t delay, free trial offer supplies are limited.

Magnalight.com Adds More High Powered Golight Remote Controlled Spotlights
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) January 5, 2009
As the name would indicate, the Golight spotlights are controlled via remote controllers, including both hard wired mounted joystick style controllers and wireless handheld and mounted button style models. If the operator depresses the buttons or the joystick, signals are sent to the motors in the Golight, causing it to rotate 360 degrees or tilt over a range of 140 degrees. The operator can also control the power to the light, which enables them to position the light head for activating the beam.
The standard Golight Stryker model offers a 900 foot long beam that presents a wide spot pattern with a width of 135 at that distance. The High Intensity Discharge (HID) Golight upgrade spotlights increase total beam distance of 2,800 feet (930 yards or 9 football fields), and reduce the overall beam width to 90 feet at that distance. The HID Golight Stryker spotlights offer a much brighter, whiter color over the entire beam distance, since the arc lamp burns gas at a 6000 Kelvin color, while the stock 65 watt halogen bulb produces a “yellow/orange” beam at distance. Magnalight.com solidified the HID Golight upgrade in September and is now expanding the range of packages to include more features and mounts. “We offer a wide range of HID fixed mount lights and we have been inundated with customer demand to integrate the power of HID into the Golight,” said Rob Bresnahan, President of Magnalight.com. “We responded with a beam length that is 3 times longer and brighter. In addition we improved the range of the wireless remote controllers to a distance of 290 feet. We actually used the same technology that NASCAR uses in maintaining communication between pit crews and drivers.
“Many operators in the military, utility and construction segments want versatility in their mounting options,” continued Bresnahan. “So we take the surface mount HID Golight Styrker and make it magnetic mount, with a 16 foot cord and cigarette plug. In addition to a wide range of adjustable stanchion and riser mounts sold as accessories, we now integrate the Perko pole mount with red and green running lights with the Golight HID spotlights. The US Coast Guard and the Wildlife Commissions use this type of light when patrolling waterways at night. Most boats have a Perko socket installed at the factory. The Perko pole mounted HID Golight is situated in an established Perko socket and the running lights are automatically activated, while the operator controls the position of the spotlight. Since the Golight HID spotlight is independently controlled, the operator chooses when to turn the light on. While this mount is popular with boaters, a lot of oilfield and construction operators use it as well. So we actually include a Perko socket with the GL-9100 series, so that other types of vehicles can use this feature as well. Often times, vehicles and heavy equipment are left unprotected, so operators want either magnetic, stanchion or pole mount lights that are removable at the end of the work day. They can secure the lights in the tool box.”
These HID Golight remote control spotlights round out a range of remote controlled lighting solutions, including LEDLB series of remote controlled LED emitter lights and the RCL360 series are ultra hardened HID remote controlled lights for mining and other high vibration environments. The PTB-1 is an independent, ultra heavy duty pan tilt base that is used for mounting multiple HID lights and LED emitter lights for military applications. Like LED lights, the HID lamps have long life and no filament to break under vibration, so they are popular in situations where operators need vast amounts of white, bright light with little or no maintenance. Combined, with an ability to position the light from the cab or jobsite remotely, makes the entire effective for operators who need to be as productive at night as they are during the day.

Magnalight.com Beefs Up Range of 12 Volt Handheld and Remote Control Hunting Spotlights
Kemp, TX (Vocus) December 12, 2009
Larson Electronics’ Magnalight announced several additions to its HL-85 series of hunting lights for this season, including the HL-85 halogen spotlight, HL-85-HID 3200 lumen HID spotlight and HL-8510W LED spotlight. The HUL-18 is another durable addition with a specially made, oversized tungsten bulb with output that approaches the power of HID bulbs, but at a halogen light price. The RL-85-10W1 is a rechargeable handheld spotlight that runs for 5 hours on single charge and delivers a 900 foot beam. The entire range of hunting spotlights is available in 12 and 24 volts and red lenses are available for the HL-85, HL-85-HID and RL-85 spotlights.
High Intensity Discharge (HID) upgraded remote controlled Golights now found on magnalight.com include the GL-3049H-M in black, the GL-3067H-M in white and the GL-3085H-M in camouflage. The addition of the ballast, starter and bulb, combined with some minor circuit board changes enhances beam length from a standard 850 foot length to well over 3000 feet. Each remote control spotlight with HID upgrade is equipped with a 200 pound grip magnetic base and detachable 16 foot cord with cigarette plug. The magnetic Golight Strykers with HID upgrades offer outdoorsmen the ability to control the lights position via a handheld or dash mount wireless controller while searching for predators and varmints.
“We were looking to offer more choices in lightweight, durable high output lighting for outdoorsmen using hunting spotlights. Coyotes and other predators require a longer beam and the HID Golights and HID handheld HL-85-HID spotlights give those hunters what they need. We sponsor Team Foxpro, Powder River Predators, Ultimate Predator Hunters and a few other groups that focus on predator hunting. Their feedback has led to several enhancements in the line. We also developed a hand controlled HID roof mount light as a result of these interactions.“
Rob concluded, “Of course our latest addition to the HL-85 series is the HL-85-10W1, which is an 800 lumen, 10 Watt LED spotlight. This LED spotlight draws less than 1 amp on 12 volts and projects a beam 900 feet long by 45 feet wide at its widest point. Reflective and white objects can be seen to distances of 1500 feet. This LED spotlight weighs less than 1 pound and has a narrow reflector head that is less than 2 inches in diameter. You can hold this light all night long and never get tired. This LED light projects as much light as the halogen HL-85, but without the larger reflector. The HL-85-10W1 redefines what a compact, pistol grip style 12/24 volt spotlights is. The LED light head is rated for 50,000 hours of life, so changing a bulb is no longer a concern. The RL-8510W1 is the rechargeable version of this LED spotlight, with a lithium ion battery pack that enables the light to run a full 5 hours on a single charge.”
Larson Electronics offers a wide array of hunting spotlights, military spotlights and utility work lights. You can learn more at magnalight.com or 1-800-369-6671 (1-903-498-3363).

Promotion Continues on Medicalequipmentpro.com to Celebrate Labor Day
Livonia, MI (Vocus) August 18, 2010
Medicalequipmentpro.com has been one of the most popular online home medical equipment suppliers ever since its establishment from March, 2008. During the past weeks of promotions beginning from July 17th, 2010, the special promotion pulse oximeters has met with great favour, therefore Medicalequipmentpro.com continues the promotion to celebrate the coming Labor Day. “With the development of society and economy, people feel more and more stress in their jobs or daily lives, and one of the results of the great stress is a regular fast heartbeat rate which is not good for people’s health,” said Eric Steven, Chief Operating Officer of Medicalequipmentpro.com. “We continue the promotion so that more people can bring them home to monitor their own heartbeat rates regularly.” Many of the products at Medicalequipmentpro.com have been very popular, such as Personal Hearing Aid KF-912 and Electronic Body Fat/Water Scale SF511. So do the selected pulse oximeters like Zondan Pulse Oximeter Fairy-A3. Zondan Pulse Oximeter Fairy-A3 has a one-color LED display and weighs merely 50 grams (including batteries) and provides reliable and accurate measuring of the oxygen saturation and heartbeat rate. This perfect fingertip pulse oximeter can be used in many situations: during exercise or daily activities, during air travel for the passengers or pilots, and for extreme sports such as mountain climbing. It is not a medical device and does not require a prescription from the medical professionals. And it comes with a user’s guide, as well as a 2-Year Warranty. As described on Wikipedia, in 2007, it is the leading cause of death in the United States, England, Canada and Wales, accounting for 25.4% of the total deaths in the United States. And according to a research recently carried out by Danish scientists, such careers with greater job stress as nurse can increase the risk of heart disease, and younger women appear to be more vulnerable. To celebrate the incoming Labor Day, Medicalequipmentpro.com continues the promotion of selected pulse oximeters, once again asking people to pay attention to their heartbeat rates under the great stress from jobs or daily lives. “People under great stress may reach for cigarettes, snack foods and alcohol to make themselves feel better,” finished Eric Steven. “If you feel under stress you should try to tackle it in a positive way and get active during work or your daily lives.” About Medicalequipmentpro.com Medicalequipmentpro.com is an online supplier of such durable and user-friendly home medical equipment as fetal Doppler heart monitors, body fat monitors and blood pressure monitors. Calgary, Alberta (PRWEB) April 2, 2004 -
Â? Homelife Enviro Store Inc. was welcomed into the Sharp Electronics of Canada, PlasmaCluster dealer Network after having met the qualifications to be part of the PCI dealer network. Â?We look forward to growing our relationship with Homelife Enviro Store in the coming months and yearsÂ?, says John Pasalis, National Sales Manager, Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd., PCI Division
Homelife Enviro Store carries the three main Sharp Air Purifier Models FP-N25CX, FP-N40CX and FP-N60CX. The air purification units are based on revolutionary Plasmacluster Ion technology. This technology inactivates most airborne particles, including viruses, bacteria, mold spores, germs, fungi and other odor causing substances, while utilizing a filtration system to keep air clean.
Sharp has a longstanding history of developing innovative technology and these air purifiers are based on its exclusive Plasmacluster Ion technology.
SharpÂ?s Plasmacluster Ion technology creates a positive and negative Ion shower (PCI), which recreates the natural chemical process that purifies the air in the EarthÂ?s atmosphere. The positive and negative Ions react to form Hydroxyl, which robs the particles of the hydrogen necessary for them to survive. Once the hydroxyl eliminates hydrogen from the virus, it is rendered inactive and the PCI cleansing process is complete. This system is proven to be effective against bacteria, viruses Â? influenza, cigarette smoke, mold germs, mold spores, pollen, dust, pet odors, exhaust fumes, formaldehyde, poliovirus, coxsackie, staph, E. Coli, colon basillus, cladosporium, and aspergitlus.
In addition, this dual-function system combines a dust filter, washable active carbon filter, apatite anti-bacterial filter and a HEPA filter to remove up to 99.97% of airborne particles.
HomeLife Enviro Store, Inc. is a new company that is committed to bringing innovation to home life. Nearly Half Of U.S. Homes Remain Without Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Aurora, Ill. (PRWEB) February 27, 2009
Despite nearly daily media reports of deaths and injuries from carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning across the country this winter, a startling number of consumers – 47 percent – do not have CO alarms in their homes, a new national survey reveals.
Yet, the poll of 1,000 Americans shows a vast majority recognize the dangers of this odorless, invisible gas. Nearly three-quarters of those surveyed – 73 percent – said they think carbon monoxide can be very dangerous in the home. The survey, conducted in late January, was sponsored by First Alert, manufacturer of home-safety products, including CO alarms.
Conversely, the same survey showed that when it comes to fire, Americans are much better protected. Ninety five percent of respondents reported having smoke alarms in their homes, including 26 percent who have five or more such devices located throughout their residences.
“Consumers are generally more aware of the dangers of home fires because fire is something they can see, feel and understand,” said Deborah Hanson, director of external affairs for First Alert. “Carbon monoxide is an especially dangerous threat because it attacks without warning and can be deadly. By educating consumers about the importance of protecting themselves and their families against this ‘silent killer,’ our goal is for people to attain the same level of protection from CO as they have against home fires.”
Similar concerns prompted the Consumer Product Safety Commission last month to issue a special warning regarding CO and fire hazards, particularly during cold weather months when homeowners often use alternative heating sources.
Carbon monoxide is the number one cause of accidental poisoning in the U.S. The colorless, odorless gas can originate from anything that burns fuel, such as gas furnaces, stoves, water heaters, barbeque grills, wood-burning fireplaces and autos. It is a by-product of incomplete combustion and can easily build up in enclosed or semi-enclosed areas throughout the home. Exposure to CO causes many flu-like symptoms and can be fatal.
In recent years, numerous states and municipalities have enacted legislation that requires people to have CO alarms in their homes. Many other government entities are considering such laws.
The National Fire Protection Association recommends installing CO alarms outside each sleeping area and on every level of the home, including the basement. Basic CO alarms retail for under $ 25. In addition to basic models, First Alert offers a combination smoke and carbon monoxide talking alarm, which retails under $ 50. When the alarm is programmed after purchase, it will alert the homeowner, using a prerecorded human voice in addition to the normal beeping, in the event of a fire or carbon monoxide situation.
The First Alert survey results are based on the responses of 1,000 adults in the United States who answered a telephone survey from Jan. 29 through Feb. 1, 2009. Results are accurate to +/-3 percent points with a 95 percent confidence level and can be generalized to the entire U.S. adult population.
