I would have rather not smoked at all my self and living without smoke is way better ,but if you ever did start and could not stop well then it is better to start somewhere to give it up in one way or another .If you have never smoked then you will never know what we are or have gone through to give it up . I think it is just fantastic that that is working for you . People might say you shouldn’t at all but I have been there smoking fo a long time myself now smoke free for two years be three in may so more power to you Deb .If you can’t joke about it also then there is no way your going to live life keep up a sence of humor it is a way of uplifting all the old thoughts away of doing the real thing.
