It is now illegal for minors in Spokane County to have electronic cigarettes. The ban took effect at midnight Thursday. KXLY4′s Erik Loney reports.

@TheDrfoxx And that is a sad thing, because it shows that harm reduction is not of much importance over moral legislation brought about through ignorance. From what I understand, it would be much less harmful to the public for people to consume marijuana recreationally than to drink alcohol and I don’t even see any real recreational benefit from smoking tobacco, although people are addicted to it.

What is interesting is that these products, which are designed solely to deliver a highly addictive drug that has few if any medical benefit at all and many hazards wold fly right by the FDA with no hitch at all. Now if you take medicinal marijuana, you’re more likely to wind up with a SWAT team in your living room and later do a stint in prison.
