@GrimmGreen I think you might want to look into what it really means to have a trademark. You’re most likely thinking of copyright, and in this case it easily falls under the Fair Use doctrine.
Trademarks must be registered with the USTPO, and slogans are notoriously difficult to trademark. A quick search of the USTPO database shows that “Keep on Vaping” is not a registered tradaemark.
You could have a copyright issue due to “Keep on Truckin”, if you try to claim it’s a trademark. FYI…

When I see smokers I feel like heaven… I am just soo happy that I don’t smoke anymore. You just need the right attitude. You have no reason to be scared! Everything will be better than before! Not smoking is better than smoking in every way. Yes it was difficult and yes I was scared, tried to defend why I smoke etc. However, once I realized that smoking does not make me happy (kinking the habit does), that I won’t feel better physically if I continue to smoke (after quitting I started to run and I kick ass

Altogether not a bad vid for reforming something that is well over 300 years old, its just that only 100-110 years ago did the smoking industry really build up and add shyte to the cigarrettes that they shouldn’t of in the first place that makes them more harmful and just as addictive if not more considering arsenic has almost minor psychotropic effects on the brain that’s one millionth the power of ACID/LSD but when added to nicotine causes the stress relief smokers feel. Not a bad vid though.
